852=(8*9)25=7225
the last part is always 25 and the first part is 8*(8+1)

Propostion:
We denote multiplication by * only.
n52=n5*n5
                     =n(n+1)25

Algebraic Proof:
n5=(n0+5)
n5*n5=(n0+5)(n0+5)
         =n0*n0+10n0+25
         =n200+n00+25
         =(n2+n)25
         =n(n+1)25

Try 125*125?
n=12
125*125=(12*13)25
             =15625
