Hi,
I often get problems in identifying the cations and anions present in an unknown substance.
Can you please give me some notes on salt analysis- about all that we need to know at A-level?

Thanks.

Do you have the syllabus?

If yes, then read pages 41 to 44. If you need further help, we shall be happy to help you.

hi,

you must use,

~ "practical chemistry and assessment of planning skills"~
small textbook which clearly show you every steps of it's practical and theoretical reaction which occur...for most of the cations and anions
any solution...a clear and vivid illustration with its theory behind which will objectively upgrade your knowleldge about salt analysis as well as
other practical methods for other reactions in your syllabus...

the textbook is edited by " editions de l'ocean indien" written by Mr.Vydelingum Anwar Hossen

by a Mauritian Teacher...
we will be eligible to search it in any library...

hope that these it will help you,.. Wink
