Letter 1: Outbreak of a serious disease or a case of food poisoning

Write a letter to the President of your district council to inform him of a recent outbreak of
a serious illness rather like a fever or severe food poisoning after the heavy rainfall in your
region.

An extract is shown below:

"Many people are very upset at the recent outbreak of a serious illness rather like a fever or severe food poisoning. People in the village are suffering from sicknesses, diarrhea, high temperature and other diseases. Also a few children have died recently and other serious causes took place within a few days. Many persons do not know what to do and how to solve these
problems which have arisen."
